Aside from being pet-friendly, Charlie’s Cup is also infant-friendly and PWD-friendly (talk about inclusivity!). It has wide parking spaces and does not require you to pay an entrance fee. The café is open daily from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm on weekdays and 8:30 am - 6:30 pm on weekends.
2. Oslob, Cebu Paragliding Development
